The portal invoices the tenant for the due rent, and charges them a late fee if they have not paid on time which will ultimately help owners avoid avoid bounced checks, late rent, and invoicing through this protected and safe platform.
Owners will also be set up with the online portal to receive the rent transfer, view previous transactions and property rental agreements.

In addition to the online portal, we also provide owners with detailed statements and expense reports for all their properties managed by us, which can be used for mortgage and tax purposes.
